So many women spend years chasing goals that look good from the outside and feel hollow from the inside. Not because they chose wrong, but because they never got to choose. Family, culture, expectation all have a way of filling in the blanks before we ever get the chance.
I also get into why so many capable women stay stuck in preparation mode. It's rarely about time or money or not knowing enough.
More often, it's this: the fear that if you go after what you actually want, you'll lose where you belong. That fear is quiet. But it runs deep.
